Secure Chat: Treatment Team ‘Chat with All’ Option Removed
The Secure Chat option to chat with everyone in the Treatment Team was removed. This prevents other team members from receiving messages that don’t apply to them. As with all communications, to avoid any confusion on who’s accountable to respond, be diligent to only include recipients who need to be involved with specific content or communication needs.
