Uploading Your COVID-19 Vaccination Record into the Employee Health Portal

All HM employees are required to get a COVID-19 booster (management by Monday, Jan. 31 and Tuesday, March 1 for all other employees).
If you received your COVID-19 booster outside of Employee Health but it is available in MyChart you can easily download your record from MyChart, by following these instructions.

Webex No Longer Available Beginning April 1
