To help everyone identify and manage process improvement opportunities in IT, the PMO has launched a new training course focused on practical concepts and tools to guide and empower you.
The course is held the third Thursday of every month at 10 a.m. Registration for the July course is now closed, but you can sign up for the Thursday, Aug. 18 at 10 a.m. session. To register, log on to LMS SuccessFactors and search for Course #1617014 – PI100 – Process Improvement Concepts & Tools.
This course is focused on educating our IT department, but operational partners are also welcome to attend.
