The mobile number you have on file with HM is how we validate your identity for system access. It’s important that you keep that device with you at all times, especially when you need access outside the HM network.
Also, if you plan on getting a new mobile number, make sure you’re proactive in changing it with HM, before you permanently switch to the new number. This will help ensure that when you go in to change your number, we can properly verify your identity through the existing number on file and prevent any gaps in your system access.
