Inpatient Nurses
The Workload Score column is now available and can be added to your Patient Lists. To see a screenshot of this change, click here.
Nurse managers/charge nurses: Add this column to your Patient Lists to help with patient assignments. The column displays nurses’ workload scores — what’s expected to care for patients currently on the unit — helping to alleviate overly strenuous nursing shifts. Note: This doesn’t replace nurse managers’/charge nurses’ clinical discretion.
Training
LMS training is available and may have already been assigned to you (Epic Workload Score Column, Course #1624038). To access LMS:

On the HM intranet, go to MARS and click the LMS SuccessFactors tile, then click My Learning.

If you see the course listed under My Learning Assignments, click the course link and follow instructions to complete training. If it’s not listed, search for this course by entering 1624038 in the search box under Find Learning.
