The most secure method for submitting and tracking your tickets is to visit itsupport.houstonmethodist.org.
You can also send an email to itsupport@houstonmethodist.org, but it’s not as secure, and you won’t have any information prompts. You’ll need to include all relevant information in your email, so we can support your request. The email option will eventually go away for employees, contractors and vendors.
