For WebEx Users Webex No Longer Available Beginning April 1 Schedule Your Meetings in Microsoft Teams
Houston Methodist is fine-tuning our video conferencing options in 2022. We’ll continue to use Microsoft Teams as our primary, systemwide video conferencing solution. To consolidate communication and collaboration tools and reduce operating costs, we’ll stop using Webex beginning Friday, April 1.
Effective immediately, please schedule any upcoming meetings in Teams. If you need help scheduling a Teams meeting, click here.
Note: Specific, targeted roles at HM will have an assigned Zoom account, but it isn’t available for everyone.
