On Monday, Nov. 15, to help streamline the COVID-19 vaccine screening process, these questions will be updated in Epic’s Admission Navigator Vaccine Screening.
Depending on the patient’s response, a new patient list column will reflect their COVID-19 vaccine status with one of these options:

Unable to determine

Vaccine received
-
Offered/declined
-
Offered/accepted
