Update: The Hub Restored on Shared Clinical iPhones
A resolution for Hub access on shared clinical iPhones has been identified. Technical teams continue to work on other shared clinical iPhone issues.
After 6 p.m. tonight, the Hub will be restored. Please follow these steps until all issues are resolved:
1. Log in to the Hub..
2. Set a PIN/passcode, when prompted to do so. 3. Log in to Rover using your user name and password. 4. From the Phone icon in Rover, launch Vocera Edge.

If you experience login issues, please set that device aside and use another iPhone.
Important note: double check your Rover documentation during your shift to make sure it’s assigned to the correct user.
