Two-Way Texting Coming to Central Scheduling

To help patients better communicate with Central Scheduling about upcoming appointments, HM is enabling two-way texting through WELL Health starting Monday, Dec. 7. Patients will receive appointment text reminders and can send confirmation or questions via text.
