Beginning Oct. 24, a new suicide risk banner alert will display across the Patient List and Summary views for patients who are at imminent or high risk for suicide.
This information is:
- Based upon their most recent score for the PHQ-9 Depression Screening tool.
- In accordance with the new systemwide PCPS180 Suicide Risk Assessment and Mitigation Policy.
The banner allows care teams to quickly identify at-risk patients and help ensure that the recommended action steps are followed.
