To help improve compliance with restraints documentation, we’ve made the following changes, effective Friday, Sept. 14:
- Color-coded the Restraints flowsheets.

- Added color-coding legend in the row information.

- Added (indwelling or external) to Urinary catheter option in Elimination rows
- Added Debriefing did not occur (Comment) to Debriefing row
- Added row information to Less restrictive alternative row
- Added a Work List task (Review the restraints care plan) to fire every time a restraints order is placed.
