Removal of “No/Denies Pain” from Pain Assessment
Effective Today
Effective today, you’ll no longer see the option of No/Denies Pain from the R Pain Assessment flowsheet row (FLO 3040031710). This is to avoid confusion since this isn’t an actual assessment and not used in reporting. You’ll need to select one of the other assessments in the flowsheet row.
