Click the Start menu (bottom left of your screen).

If you see this, it’s installed.

If should already be installed. If it’s not, ask the IT Help Desk to install it.
Personal computers

Install it by clicking the appropriate link below. You can do this remotely.

Mac: Citrix Receiver for Mac

To enable Citrix, reboot your computer after installing the program on your personal computer.
