Reminder: Upgrade Your HM-Provided iPhones 7 Plus or Older

Owners of HM-Provided iPhones 7 Plus or Older

If you have an HM-provided iPhone 7 Plus or older, you need to upgrade it to a newer model before the next Apple (iOS 16) update (expected later this month). iPhones 7 Plus or older will no longer be supported by Apple updates, which means that they put HM data at a heightened security risk.

If this applies to you, you should have received a separate communication. Place your order as soon as possible to avoid delays and losing access to HM apps (e.g., HM email, Haiku/Canto) on your work and personal phones. To find out the model of your Apple device, go to Settings > General > About and find the Model Name.
