Printer Services Transition

Houston Methodist is no longer using Marco Managed Print Services. The support model has transitioned to a combination of internal and contracted team members.

We apologize for any delays you may experience. If you need printer services, please continue to use the IT Support website (itsupport.houstonmethodist.com) or call the IT Service Desk for urgent issues.

Keep in mind, if your network printer needs toner, these requests will continue to be sent automatically to our vendor and shipped to IT for replacement.
