Peripheral Vascular Assessment in Epic Updated
Effective Tuesday, January 17
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 17, the following changes will be made to the Peripheral Vascular Assessment in Epic to ensure charting by exception is documented appropriately:

Display name for Peripheral Vascular group changed to Peripheral Vascular/Neurovascular.

Row information updated to include neurovascular assessment norms.

Normal values of warm and dry

Neurovascular Assessmentcascades to document anything not within normal limits.

ELVO and IABP flowsheets have also been updated to reflect this change.
