Download PerfectServe Syncrony from the Apple® App Store or Google Play Store, then:

Current providers: Call PerfectServe, 877.844.7727.

New providers: Contact Medical Staff Services.

Non providers: Go to the IT Support website (itsupport.houstonmethodist.org) and submit a request.
