Houston Methodist has leveraged OnBase for contract management. OnBase provides a centralized place to manage our agreements. It expedites data collection for audit purposes, optimizes vendor evaluations and provides process efficiencies. OnBase ensures we have the most advantageous agreements with all vendors systemwide and allows you to save time with electronic signatures and updates.
OnBase Contract Management will roll out in phases. Contracts for Supply Chain, Information Technology and supporting Legal teams launched this week. Other departments and the community hospitals are anticipated to launch in early 2020.
