For Inpatient Clinicians
Effective Monday, Nov. 12, the Patient Class field on the Inpatient Header will use color coding to indicate how long patients have been in observation:
- Green, up to 12 hours
- Yellow, 13 to 24 hours
- Red, more than 24 hours
In addition, the label will change to Class from Patient Class, and the total number of hours will display in the header.
