For Ambulatory Providers and Clinical Staff
Non-screening mammogram results will auto-release to patients’ MyChart accounts 10 days after their mammograms, instead of four. These added days give physicians more time to discuss results with our patients. The longer timeframe also conforms with auto-release for other sensitive lab results, including tumor markers, genetic testing and pathology results.
Providers still have the ability to manually release all test results to MyChart at their discretion.
