“No Orders” SmartText Added to Secure Chat

Starting Friday, Jan. 12, there will be a new “no orders” SmartText added to Secure Chat. Now, when you receive an order via Secure Chat, you can quickly respond that orders can’t be placed/accepted through Secure Chat.

When writing your Secure Chat message, simply select the lightning icon and click No Orders-Secure Chat to send this preconfigured message: “Apologies, but per policy, I am unable to accept orders via Secure Chat. Please place the appropriate order in Epic. Thank you.”
