Starting at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 13, telenursing video calls systemwide will transition to a new app — care.ai™ Beam. The new app will be uploaded to all HM tablets automatically, ensuring telenurses can work from the same platform for all calls and telenursing requests.
To start a telenursing video call, open the Beam app and select Virtual Care Team. Note: The Caregility app will no longer be available.
