New MyChart Patient Message Feature
Starting Monday, Jan. 30, when corresponding with patients through MyChart, you’ll now have the option to end the conversation after the topic has been addressed and/or resolved. This will prevent patients from using old messages to ask new medical questions. After the message topic has been addressed and/or resolved, and you’re sending your final reply, select Do not allow patient to reply, under the Reply section in Patient Message.
