New Imaging Platform to Integrate with Epic

Training Available Starting Monday, July 26
On Tuesday, Aug. 3, Houston Methodist’s cardiology and radiology imaging library service will change to Ambra Imaging, a cloud-based image management system that integrates with Epic.
Required virtual training will be assigned for current LifeImage users, with courses available in LMS starting Monday, July 26.
With Ambra, you can quickly upload images from patient CDs, external imaging services and non-Houston Methodist providers. You can also easily share images electronically with referring providers through the Ambra gateway. Eventually, Ambra will replace use of LifeImage.
