A new, convenient “Ask IT” walk-up support area has opened at HMCL (located in the main hospital, on the first floor, across from Administration) and is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you have IT equipment or application issues or questions, simply stop by for help. Ask IT can help you with:
- Network or application access.
 - Password and multi-factor authentication (MFA) updates.
 - Application support.
 - Workstations, laptops, printers (and associated accessories).
 - Mobile phones.
 - Account support.
 
The walk-up support area is part of the IT service transformation and increased focus on our customers — you. Our goal is to provide you with more timely support closer to where you work. Plans are in place to expand the Ask IT concept systemwide later this year.
