New and Improved In Basket Starting Aug. 14

Our next Epic Update is Sunday, Aug. 14, incorporating key changes to help improve your workflows. One of the top changes includes a redesigned In Basket. You’ll have a new, better organized home screen. Everything is still there, but it has new look and feel.

• Folder list:

  • Message counts now include new and total message counts.

  • Multiple sections expansion.

  • Inline patient search.

  • Navigation pane on the bottom.

• In Basket toolbar:

  • Edit Pools was renamed My Pools.

  • Lightbulb icon opens the In Basket Activity Tour.

• Message toolbar: Command and QuickActions can be rearranged and hidden.

• Message List.

  • Rearrange and hide columns.

  • Can’t use drag and drop.

• Message report toolbar. Set default report.

• Message report toolbar directly above the message report. Right-click the message report to see more commands.
