MyMethodist , an app that offers our patients a variety of convenient tools including a secure way to access their health records, schedule doctor visits and attend virtual care appointments, was recently updated. These enhancements were made based on patient and HM employee feedback and app reviews:

MyChart is now a part of the MyMethodist app.

Patients have the option to conveniently save their insurance information for Virtual Urgent Care (VUC).

To make it easier for our patients, the MyChart text size increased.

A $20 temporary charge, to authorize patient payment for VUC, was removed.
