March 7 Epic Update Complete!
Huge Shout Out to everyone involved in the successful Epic Update this past weekend. This is a true team effort across IT. The team completed the update in a record time of just 67 minutes, ticket volume remains low and no tickets were logged for the Epic Applications team between 11 p.m. Sunday and 6 a.m. Monday morning. To top it off, Ambulatory and ECSA teams resolved an issue with e-Prescribe in a super speed response of just 46 minutes.
With this Epic Update, we also launched a new Outpatient Epic Rehab module and the Epic Wound Care module for inpatient clinicians. The weekend also saw updates for SharePoint, LMS, MARS and SecureAuth. Congratulations everyone on a job well done!
