Effective now, your required annual TB screening won’t take place during management FPR. Instead, beginning in 2020, TB screening will take place during your birth month.
In 2020, before your birthday, you’ll receive email reminders to complete a TB risk evaluation, as well as other new employee health screenings.
This change in the TB screening process is part of a fundamental shift to a new, comprehensive annual workplace health evaluation process for all our employees. We’ll be sharing the new process with employees in January.
The new initiative includes launching an employee health self-service portal in MARS for staff, and a separate one where managers can ensure their staff comply with the new requirements. Look for more information about this new employee health initiative coming soon.
