Last Known Normal Question Added for CTA Stroke Order Set Info Changes

Effective Wednesday, Nov. 1, a Last Known Normal (LKN) question has been added to the ED Initial Stroke and ED Advanced Stroke nursing panels. Based on the LKN, the correct CT order should be selected on the applicable CTA Stroke order sets. This change will provide callback instructions from ER/stroke providers to the radiologist.
