For Staff Scheduling Departments
Beginning Friday, May 12, Open Shift Notification is a new feature on the LaborWorkx Current Staffing Overview screen available for locations with a Central Staffing Office (CSO). This allows open shift opportunities to be broadcast (in advance or on-demand) to qualified employees who opt-in to receive these notifications (via text message, email or call). Shifts will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. This feature rolls out May 12 at HMH for departments managed by the CSO, followed by HMCL in June.
Systemwide deployment for staff scheduling departments will occur at a later date. In the meantime, you can opt-in now in preparation to use the new feature by selecting Preferences > Open Shift Notifications in LaborWorkx.
