IT System Maintenance
Network maintenance is taking place systemwide throughout the rest of the year and into 2021. Everyone will lose connectivity for about three minutes during their hospital’s maintenance timeframe, but devices should reconnect automatically.
If your devices don’t reconnect, please reboot them. For issues, contact the IT Help Desk at help@houstonmethodist.org or 832.667.5600.
