Employees, contractors and vendors can continue to use email (itsupport@houstonmethodist.org) to get help. Providers and Community Connect practices can continue to use this email address as well. The changes originally scheduled for Nov. 12 have been delayed.
The IT Support website (itsupport.houstonmethodist.org) is still the preferred method to request support, because it’s more secure.
If you do submit an email to itsupport@houstonmethodist.org be sure to include your name, phone number, location (including facility, unit/department and floor) and detailed description of your issue or request.
