We encourage you to continue texting admitted patients’ loved ones. Our current NPS score is 97%, showing that our patients’ loved ones value your texts. Patients whose family members receive consistent text messages score us considerably higher on every HCAHPs domain, compared to patients whose families don’t receive consistent messages.
