For added security measures, all HM IT employees should install the Microsoft Authenticator app on their mobile devices, if you haven’t already.
This app allows you to validate your identity for multifactor authentication (MFA) by receiving a code that can be sent to multiple devices, not just one mobile phone.
This is particularly helpful if you lose your device or if you are on an airplane and can’t receive text messages. If you don’t take these steps, whenever you experience any issues, you’ll be required to meet with an IT representative on-site to reinstate your access.
