Inpatient Providers: STAT ECH10 and ECH16 Orders Require STAT Indication

Any inpatient ECH10 or ECH16 order placed with STAT priority must have a corresponding STAT indication. If a non-STAT indication is selected, you’ll receive this message when you sign the order.

To resolve, uncheck the inappropriate indication and select the appropriate one. If it’s a non-STAT order, select the correct priority and indication.
