“I am excited we’ve launched IV pump integration, helping to improve our patient safety and outcomes. Thank you to everyone involved in this initiative!” said Nicole Twine, PhD, APRN, ACNP-BC, NE-BC and HMWB vice president and chief nursing officer.

“This is a significant milestone for our patient safety initiatives at Houston Methodist, which certainly ensures we continue our march toward being the safest hospital system in the world,” said Dr. Ghalib Abbasi, PharmD, MS, MBA, HM system director of pharmacy informatics.
