Self Service Portal
You can report any issues directly to the IT Help Desk online, as well as request system access, printer service and more. The Self Service Portal also lets you track the status of your request. For critical issues, call one of the numbers below.
For non-critical issues, you can take advantage of Self Service or email HelpDesk@houstonmethodist.org. Be sure to have this information handy:
- Your name, phone number and location/room number.
- Short description of problem.
- If it’s something with your computer, the device’s tag number.
- If it’s an application, which one.
