IT Service Desk

You can report any issues directly to the IT Service Desk online at itsupport.houstonmethodist.org, and also request system access, printer service and more. This website also lets you track the status of your request. For critical issues, call the IT Service Desk or Physician Service Desk. 

Important: Use only Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox or Safari. Internet Explorer isn’t supported.

Submit a Ticket

For non-critical issues, you can take advantage of itsupport.houstonmethodist.org or email itsupport@houstonmethodist.org. Be sure to have this information handy:

  • Your name, phone number and location/room number.
  • Short description of problem.
  • If it’s something with your computer, the device’s tag number.
  • If it’s an application, which one.
