The Frailty Test row on the Complex Assessment and Screening flowsheet has been renamed 5M Walk Test/Frailty Test to make it easier to locate and document. In addition, the Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ) flowsheet has been renamed to KCCQ/ 5M Walk Test/ Frailty Test flowsheet.
You can add these flowsheets to your flowsheet activity via the search option. A search for 5M or Frailty will populate with the full flowsheet name to ease search parameters.
