Food and fun enjoyed by all at the annual IT Crawfish Boil and BBQ Festival.
What do you get when you cross more than 550 lbs of crawfish, 160 lbs of shrimp, 120 lbs of sausage, 288 chicken breasts, perfect weather and a mechanical bull? The answer, a fabulous event. Thank you to the IT Infrastructure team for hosting the event and to the many volunteers for a job well done.
