The Fall Risk icon in Storyboard, indicating a patient’s fall risk score, is now visible to all ED and Inpatient staff. The color of the icon gives you a visual representation of the patient’s risk level, which is based on ED and Inpatient fall risk screenings. Click the Fall Risk icon to view documentation of the patient’s Fall Risk Assessment.
