Environmental Services (EVS) employees at HMB will utilize a new mobile device to improve how we track progress and assign cleanings. EVS will no longer use the interactive voice response system to track their cleaning requests. Instead, they will use an iPod that also integrates with Epic. Be aware that these devices are for work purposes only. They will not access the internet and cannot make or receive phone calls. The rollout will begin at HMB with other locations to follow in the coming months. We will let you know schedule details for remaining campuses, as they begin their rollout.
