We’re aware that since the Aug. 14 Epic Update, Epic might be running slow. Our technical teams are working with Epic and will continue applying fixes to address Epic’s performance over the next few weeks.
We appreciate your feedback and have plans with Epic to adjust our approach to upgrades to mitigate this performance impact in the future, while remaining current on their software.
