Members participate in fun networking and community involvement activities. We currently have the following ERGS at HM: Arab Heritage, Asian Heritage, Black Ties for Culture, Hispanic LatinX Alliance, LGBTQ+ Allies, Moms of Methodist, Veterans Allliance and Women’s Empowerment. These voluntary, employee-led groups provide a safe, neutral space for employees to discuss unique issues or challenges and developmental opportunities.
