It’s now easier to write a result note and release results to your patients’ MyChart accounts, via a single screen. Using the updated Result Note activity, within InBasket Results review, you can do the following, while your Result Note remains open in the sidebar:

Review the Results report and any other information in the chart.

Send a Result Note to another provider.

File a progress note.
-
Release results to MyChart.
