Documentation for Radial Compression Devices to be Relocated from Arterial Sheath LDA in Epic
Starting Monday, Feb. 6, the documentation for radial compression devices, such as TR Bands, will be moved from the Arterial Sheath LDA in Epic to a new, Radial Band group in the Post Vascular flowsheet. This allows documentation to be completed after the sheath/LDA is removed.
Note: Cath recovery nurses will see the Radial Band group in the Access Site Assessment group under the Assessments section of the Post Procedure Navigator.
