Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 7, to improve dosing and lab monitoring, the digoxin (Lanoxin) order set will be updated to include two options: Maintenance and Load & Maintenance Dose. Both options now include pre-selected lab monitoring and guided dosing based on a patient’s weight and renal function.
Additionally, single orders will no longer be listed in the Facility List.
