COVID-19 Lab and Vaccine Record Sharing Through MyChart

Beginning with the Epic Update on Oct. 24, HM patients can now use a QR Code to share their COVID-19 lab results and vaccinations when requested for work, travel or entertainment purposes. This includes:

• A QR code that can be scanned from the patients’ device.

• A downloadable PDF with QR codes to your vaccination records (does not include lab results).

• The ability to export vaccination/testing information to other mobile health wallet applications, like Apple Health.
