As we enter the first quarter of 2026, I want to highlight two, key upcoming events.
In early March, we’re launching our next KLAS Arch Collaborative Survey. This survey is one of the most valuable tools we have for understanding how we can better support you. Your feedback in the last two surveys directly shaped several systemwide initiatives, including Epic improvements, expanded IT support, enhanced training programs and new ways to ensure your voice is consistently reflected in IT decisions.
When the survey opens, I strongly encourage you to take a few minutes to participate. Your insights truly guide our work and help us prioritize improvements that matter most to you and your patients.
From March 24-26, we’ll host our next provider Epic Efficiency Bootcamps. These sessions provide Epic efficiency tips, one‑on‑one personalization help and hands‑on support from our Epic Training Team. The feedback from our prior bootcamps has always been extremely positive, with providers reporting that the course content was informative and helped improve their Epic workflows and overall experience.
In fact, KLAS Arch Collaborative data shows that providers who spend just three to five hours per year on Epic efficiency and personalization report the highest satisfaction with their Epic experience. That small, annual investment translates into meaningful time savings in your daily practice and valuable time back to focus on other things that matter to you. For that reason, I strongly encourage you to attend the upcoming bootcamp sessions and/or commit a few hours this year to using the Epic efficiency resources available to you. These opportunities are designed to support your success, reduce burden and ensure Epic is working with you to deliver high-quality patient care.
As always, thank you for your partnership and for the exceptional care you provide every day.
